Shift Manager – Head Chef, in Almada, Portugal. The position is full-time, starting immediately, with a salary between €950 and €1,500, adjusted to the candidate's experience. The job is performed on an eight‑hour rotating shift schedule, with two rotating days off per week. Shifts can run between 6 am and 8 pm, every day, including holidays and weekends. We are looking for people with at least two years of experience, punctual, capable of adhering to schedules, instructions and procedures, with operational autonomy, a suitable work pace, and strict observance of safety and quality standards. Fluency in Portuguese is essential. The ideal candidate has a holistic view of the kitchen and can assign tasks to staff.
